Friday, September 29, 2023 - Ruby color. Nose of tart black cherry, blueberry, musky violets, earth. Layers of tasty dark berry cut with earth and granular iron on the gently hearty palate. Bright acidity and firm but already filed-off tannin. Moderately-long finish of red berry and earthy iron. A fresh, delicious wine sampled at Mount Desert Campground. Excellent QPR.
