Sunday, December 27, 2015 - A magnum. No flaws. Minimal sediment. Moderate rim variation. Dark, dark ruby garnet color with some orange hue. Soft bordeaux nose and fruit flavors. Low tannin and acid. Mild to medium alcohol. Medium to long finish. Paired perfectly with our pork dish. Very ready to drink. Would think beyond pink just a little bit. Beautiful wine, kudos to Pahlmeyer.
