Saturday, May 1, 2021 - This beautiful wine was very easy to sip rapidly by the pool on a warm late afternoon in Vegas. It also was a perfect pairing with the homemade shrimp tacos. The citrus notes and cleansing acidity raised it above the Cali Sauv Blanc we also had open with the tacos. Citrus in the form of a little lime, lemon, and grapefruit with a slight petrol note. If this was available in magnum I would grab it. So food and warm weather friendly.
