Saturday, April 4, 2020 - Very closed upon opening lean and resistant to show itself. initial impression was dubious as to it's Grand Cru status. After an hour and a half the wine began to sing. The flavor profile opened up, forest floor with a solid mid pallet structure made this a delightful experience. An excellent wine with a grilled fillet.
