Sunday, December 3, 2023 - At Wu's Wonton King. Perhaps a little bit softer and less cut than I would expect for a Falkenstein, but that's the 2018 vintage for you. Easy-going and very enjoyable now without too much fuss; very nice mineral chew here. Not as complex with a heart-on-its-sleeve expressiveness, but delicious all the same.
