Monday, November 14, 2022 - Surprising to me in how good it was. Light with the right combination of acidity and some of the viscosity that I link with good versions of these sweet German wines. Lots of pear, maybe some unripe melon as well in the nose. Very tasty both sipping it while cooking dinner and with the spicy thai food we finished the bottle with!
