Thursday, January 14, 2021 - By the glass. Complexity without limits on the nose with notes of smooth white fruit (yellow apples and pears), honeyed wild flowers, earth, limestone or asparagus among many others. Also a touch of spices from buttery wood. Precision and elegance. On the palate showed less impresión but rich, mineral, balanced and quite long. Giant effort. Highly recommended.

Por copas. Complejidad sin límites en nariz con notas de fruta blanca lisa (manzanas amarillas y peras), flores silvestres melosas, tierra, caliza o espárragos entre muchos otros. También un toque de especias de madera mantecosa. Precisión y elegancia. En boca sw mostró menos impresionante pero rica, mineral, equilibrada y bastante larga. Esfuerzo gigante. Muy recomendable.
