Monday, December 25, 2023 - I feared this might be OTT because of the vintage, but not at all - ripe, but not overripe, with precise notes of ripe red cherry and violet on the nose and palate, which successfully dominate the candied notes that would otherwise have given it a rather gloopy feel.
