Appearance: Bright with a dark purple core showing black secondary color.

Aroma: Aromatic with black fruit of cherry and berry with red berry accents, barrel spice of vanilla, licorice and cinnamon with subtle camphor, cracked black pepper, dried herbs and smoked cured meat.

Palate: Full bodied with black cherry, blackberry jam and raspberry fruit mixed with attractive barrel spice notes on entry. The mid palate features sustained fruit mixed with savory pepper, dried herbs with anise and hints of salumi.
