Sunday, October 11, 2020 - I enjoyed this wine with Japanese omakase.
Medium salmon color
Youthful, medium + aroma intensity of raspberry, cranberry, rose petals, blossoms and cotton candy.
Dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, low tannins, medium body, medium finish with medium + flavor intensity of cranberry, raspberry, red plums, and cotton candy.
Wine is of good quality.
Drink now, not suitable for further aging.
