Monday, December 20, 2021 - Not enjoyable at all. Tried with a Coravin sip at first to see what I had to deal with. Very acidic. Gave it 3-4 hours in a decanter to give it more air. The acidity was lowered a bit and even more with the food. But there was very little fruit remaining so I think this wine has passed its date. Not at all what I expected.
