Sunday, February 19, 2023 - Bottle 2/6. Straight after holiday, it’s time to fry up barbary duck to pair with 2018 Chateau Clos St Martin. This baby Cheval Blanc was decanted for too long but still delivered bramble fruit, fennel and coffee if a bit muted. Score withheld due to my decanting error.
