Thursday, March 10, 2022 - Really enjoyable Rose. Red fruit galore, strawberry jam, but also raspberry notes. Has a nice mineral backbone with some residual sugar present but not really the focus. Very food friendly, including with a blue-cheese wedge salad - never would have guessed that salty-sweet pairing would be so good. Nice QPR.
