Thursday, December 8, 2022 - Second bottle opened was thank god not Premoxed like the first.

This has improved a bit since last tasted in late 2020. Very elegant pear and floral energy, with some warm richness that is framed by great acidity and structure. Some pleasant woodiness. Saving last bottle for 2026 or 7
