Sunday, April 14, 2024 - Open and drinking exceptionally. Black fruits, berry and cherry. Floral notes emerge with air. Primary but well worth drinking now if you have a few bottles. Silky smooth and precise. Perhaps noted a little heat on opening but didn’t seem to notice after 2 hours of air. One of the best 18s I’ve had.

4/15/2024 3:29:00 AM - I had an amazing version of this at the chateau in ‘22, but could not replicate with my bottles at homes. Normally I prefer more mature Bordeaux but this was so ripe and beautifully integrated. Glad yours was drinking well!!
