Wednesday, November 25, 2009 - This really didn't give up much on the nose. Had a nice taste of apple and pear with a mild bluestone. Went really well with grilled salmon, roasted potatos and green beans. I'd probably lower the score if it was w/o food as it was a little hot on its own.
