Wednesday, March 17, 2021 - I’m trying my second bottle. Opened for 2 hours. Color is deep garnet red. ON the nose: Plums, cassis, some mineral notes. On the palate: Rich Plum, cassis, some lavender, some baking spices and just a touch of vanilla. This is much better than I remember.
