Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Drank side by side with the 2005 Perdrix NSG. The Echezeaux has much firmer tannins and structure. However, it lacks some of the fragrance and charm of the NSG. Stewed macerated strawberries with a bit of earthiness. Finish is a bit short
