Community Tasting Note

Thursday, August 31, 2023 - 2 hr decant. Not much to add to my last round of notes. Nose is like walking through late spring gardens. Great balance makes this extremely approachable, and very easy to pair with poultry or fish, though capable of standing up to beef.

I'd expect this could age another 5-7 years, but w the air provided its singing.
