Saturday, February 19, 2011 - Popped and poured into large Bordeaux stems. Golden yellow color. On the nose, tropical fruit, pineapples, a little lemon curd and a hint of a floral scent. Fat and rich on the palate. Stone fruits, lemon zest, and a touch of sweet honey. Very thick and viscous, almost like it has an olive oil emulsion. Very nice. Better at cellar temperature than chilled.
