Thursday, February 16, 2023 - My most recent bottle suggests this is coming around a little quicker, but still has tons of time. The nose is tight, smoke, green herbs, a little alcohol. The palate is rounding, big but less extracted, smoother. A long tart finish. Exactly what you expect.
