Saturday, February 19, 2022 - Light ruby. Pronounced aromas of dark fruit and red flowers with lovely soil tones. Dry salty fruit on the palate, strong acids, firm tannins on the long chewy finish. Lovely aromatic pinot back notes. Medium body. 13% alcohol. Excellent with spot prawns in a lime cilantro garlic aioli.
