Wednesday, March 14, 2007 - David Bowler Spring 2007 Portfolio Tasting (New York City): Deep ruby color. Primary Zin nose of black fruit and pepper with some notes of violet. Good structure on the palate with a residual sweetness. This will probably get better with a few years in bottle.
