Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - Super fresh pinot out of canberra. Drank over 3 days and was showing well to the end. Dark cherries, kirsch and cranberries. Deft oak gives it a silky, long finish. You rarely see this out in the wild, but when you do, get your hands on some.
