Friday, March 5, 2021 - Lovely combination of spices (mace-like), yellow stone - and citrus fruits on a mineral base. A touch of honey, without apparent sweetness, and an oily, round mouthfeel give a solid texture. The acidity is quite wide, yet the flavours are all nicely integrated. Good balance, interesting complexity, nice depth, great wine.
Obviously this would go well with seafood, but a spicy chicken dish would find an accomodating partner in this Greco too.
Btw, amazing QPR!

Interesting perk: the vertically ribbed bottle would look nice on a barbecue table, in my wife's opinion.
