Thursday, May 10, 2007 - A blend of Cabernet and Syrah that was decanted for up to 2 hours. Opens with a nose of raw red meat coated with dark cherry, leather and spice. Palate evolved over the night releasing smoke, red cherry, currant and some mild blackberry. Tannin is restrained, although was heavy at first. For a measley $18, damn fine wine. Well Done. BTW loved the label as well.
