Friday, May 10, 2019 - We made this wine from a german grape called Phoenix which should be funghi resistant and deliver a light, muscatty wine. Actually both never turned out to be true: production suffered heavily from infections and the wine always ended up as almost undrinkable. Just for nostalgic reasons I kept a few bottles forgotten.
To my surprise 10y later it turned out to be a rather decent product, nothing great but enjoyable with some cold fish platter.
