Sunday, March 6, 2022 - Very light ruby core, utterly clear and bright. A little something floral on the nose, with some brick dust. Dry, balanced acidity, with no discernible tannins. Fresh and light, this drinks more like a robust rose than a red—and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, so long as you like the style. I definitely do, and today was warm enough in NYC to make this just about perfect!
