Sunday, December 26, 2021 - Pours a golden yellow that starts to darken within 30 minutes. Smells of macerated lemon and a touch of butterscotch. Lanolin like texture that leads to stewed citrus flowers. The acidity remains to help with the fruit that begins to grow tired after an hour. I liked this a lot in the first 30 minutes. I will drink my others soon and quickly.
