Friday, May 17, 2019 - France and Italy - May 6 to May 10, 2019: From barrel. Similar braised apple and peach notes to the Cuvee Classique, with spices and earth. Huge core of fruit and secondary depth on the palate. Expands through the palate with fleshy density. Fine structure. Excellent length.
