Friday, August 25, 2023 - Drank this at Burlamacco Ristorante (East Coast) for dinner with my wine mates. Theme of the evening: Wines from Chris Ringland.

Fresh green apples filled with lush acidity and finesse. A well crafted Champagne that tasted years younger than its actual vintage.
