Monday, March 14, 2022 - 65% Pinot Noir / 35% Gamay.
PTG (passe-tout-grains) is a lesser known wine from Burgundy which combines Pinot Noir with Gamay.
PnP. Was tempted to chill slightly but didn't.
Earthy, strawberry, white pepper, hint of cedar.
.
