Monday, May 29, 2023 - Rich ruby red, medium bodied, aromas of forest berries and cassis. Smooth and almost satiny, and much more integrated than I remembered. Paired with grilled sea scallops and asparagus- a terrific pairing. And tasted alongside Littorai Pivot, same year; the Belle Pente more than held its own.
