Thursday, July 27, 2023 - This is a considerable increase in quality compared to the 2017, for whatever reason. It has the same nettle and acacia honey nose, except the 2017's slightly off-putting sulfuric element is absent and a brilliant mango and even a touch of grapefruit is added. The well-balanced sweetness, intensity and complexity of the lemon and mango palate is reminiscent of an Auslese or even close to a Beerenauslese.
