Wednesday, April 15, 2020 - black and blue dark fruits. maybe some cassis. still very youthful and a little tight. decanted for 30 minutes and could use more. paired nicely with sheppards pie with smoked lamb meat. plenty of tannin to hold up against the smoked lamb flavors.
