Wednesday, August 9, 2017 - Dinner at Sun Wah (Chicago, IL): I can't quite tell if this was supposed to be sweet or not. It's just a bit bulbous and weighty, and there's almost a butteriness or waxiness to this that is certainly confusing for me in a riesling. This needs a nice dose of acid.
