Wednesday, August 9, 2017 - Dinner and Wine at Sun Wah (Sun Wah BBQ, Chicago, IL): Medium nose of smoky apple and pear fruit. Palate has round, ripe fruit and sufficient, but now cracking, acidity. Nutty notes add some complexity. Showing its age and one to drink up.
