Monday, June 3, 2019 - Nose gives a huge hit of freshly-cracked pepper, red chili flakes, and rosemary. The cracked pepper flavour carries over to the palate, along with juicy flavours of cherry and red capsicum. The flavour is heavy, but lightened by fresh acidity and a short finish.
