Friday, March 19, 2021 - Deep Ruby/purple with a violet edge. Nose of dark cherry, violets, and jolly rancher/bubblegum. Palate is very fruit-forward with medium fine tannins, low acidity, and a short aftertaste. Not much of the Fleurie elegance I was looking for. Best served with a slight chill. Not a bad wine, but there are better choices.
