Monday, April 18, 2022 - Ausie Shiraz nose. Wouldn’t guess Cab in a blind taste by its nose of blueberry, mint and a hint of (only cab like thing about the nose) eucalyptus. Palette though, gives up the cab side of this wine. Solid core of dark fruits, forest floor and a finish of black cherry. Good finish with a touch of vanilla from some oak. Nicely done.
