Community Tasting Note

Sagan99 Does not like this wine:

Wednesday, December 6, 2023 - My wife thinks it's ok.
I don't.

Kept this overnight and hoped it gained a little character.

Nope.
Nothing.
Didn't open or close.
Didn't show any structure.
Didn't develop any layers of the usual dominant Cabernet nose or palate adornments.
Didn't have a long finish, and for a high alcohol wine, the finish was,... Finished?

I won't go on further. Maybe it's a bad bottle?

Who knows.
The other 2 are on the "drink soon" list.
But, don't want to ruin the festive season with them.
So it will be a January February experiment.

This wine seems to have already past it's maturity apex.

And BTW, "Drink up" if you've got it.
This won't last another year.
