Tuesday, June 17, 2008 - A bit darker than most chardonnays and subtle fruit on the nose. The taste is extremely complex, including some chalk minerality, but it is subte and adds justa d ash to the finish. The fruits are very pronounced, but deep and complex -- especially a grapenut custard. Lovely wine. This is a unique taste.
