Saturday, December 24, 2022 - This was our fifth time trying the Cliff Lede Cab (different vintages), and although it was certainly not bad, it was not as good as the previous four vintages, in my opinion. Yes, it was smooth and soft, but just TOO smooth and soft for our liking. It did not "stand up" well to the prime rib, and I think it would have almost disappeared with a grilled steak.

I think this might be better suited as an accompaniment to cheese and/or hors d'oevres.
