Saturday, October 24, 2020 - Served very cold from the fridge. Nice light straw color. Tart apple and mineral nose. Quite fruity, dry, slight mineral, medium acid, light alcohol. I think this is the ideal Chablis profile, but some might find it too fruit strong. Very good value. Wish I had more.
