Wednesday, June 29, 2022 - Floral on the nose day one, dark but light on its feet on the palate.

Day two more of the dark tar and black peppery spice comes through. Complex nose, metallic oregano (why not?), long tannins on the palate. Comes across as clean and not green (pyrazine).

This is my first Alliet: A nice lesson from Chinon. Keeps me interested all through the bottle. Glad to learn more over the coming years.
