Friday, April 30, 2021 - Opened, decanted for 2 hours and drank over another 2 or so. Very bright and aromatic. Lemon peel, crisp asian pear, a bit of lime, with fragrant white floral too. Finely crushed rock. Bright and energetic on the palate too. Tart lemon/lime custard, with intense minerality. A slight bit of light roasted nut. Long finish and super delicious.
