Wednesday, February 23, 2022 - D+0h: a tiny bit of deposit in the filter, nothing in the bottle, smells of cherry and violets D+5h: dark as ink, smells of plum, violets and eucalyptus, smooth in the mouth, medium body, the 14,5% alcohol are well integrated, in the mouth violets and plum, has a certain residual sugar, so not completely dry, in the aftertaste violets, smoke and acidity, good length (30 sec), really good red wine.
