Saturday, February 13, 2021 - Lots of tobacco and oak; dark, spicy, and almost chewy. I really enjoyed how the nose evolved over time and the long, lingering finish in this one, but it’s still pretty tannic. It did smooth out over time, so give it lots of air - or better yet a few more years in bottle first.
