Sunday, July 23, 2023 - '18 #SchlossLieser #Juffer Kab (93+ Points) Expecting a big sweetie from an 18, & that's what we have. Beautiful, pungent, smoky sponti. Exotic, creamy, orchard & tropical fruit dipped in lime oil & ginger. Mostly yellow fruit; creamy nectarine, yellow peach, apricot, ripe & green mango, red cherry, licorice, lavender & unsweetened whipped cream. Finishes firmer, with lime oil & zest, crystallized ginger, nectarine skin & lavender spice. Good acidity, balance & intensity. Drinks like a big, ripe, round Spatlese, & who am I to complain! Big, luscious, complex & ready to roll. Cheers! 🥂
