Thursday, February 1, 2024 - This is in a nice spot now and is aging well - not showing any signs of fading. It still shows a lot of heat on the palate, and it lacks persistence, but the cherry fruits are quite tasty, if a little light in substance. The nose is dark and brooding. The tannins have receded quite a bit from my last bottles, but they are still there abundantly - as is the acidity. 89-90.
